Problem: I don't want to leave my hotel

My quick, weekend trip to Chicago had a nice surprise when I found out our hotel was actually fun! We were able to play kitschy board games by the pool (I am quite good at Battleship), and I'm not 100% sure but I think my bed was made of clouds. Their cute rooms and mini cafe were the perfect spots to relax and refuel. I highly recommend it!

I Enjoy Being A Girl

Sunshine, freshly cut grass, and fancy party dresses are an excellent combination. I love destination weddings! Especially to someplace warm.

Shades of Gray

It may have taken awhile but I finally found the perfect shade of gray for my bedroom. It's similar to the color in the picture, in fact this room is pretty much inspiration for the bedroom's new color scheme. I even like the color's name, ozone. Now all I need to do is paint.

The Bunny Hop

The sweetest mother and daughter came into the gift shop today wearing these!

They were sooo cute, and slightly over the top, so we all went bat-shit crazy over them. The bunny "slippers" are actual shoes with a hot little heel and everything. While not exactly fashionable, they're still a quirky, fun way to celebrate easter and have a mother-daughter day!

Gocco a go-go

The exciting world of Gocco has begun! My "new" printer is cheap (for the most part), easy to use, and super cute. How someone could discontinue these little guys (twice) is beyond me. I'll have to admit I'm having a little too much fun. The printer now has a name, Bert, and he's kind of fickle. Maybe it's my imagination but he seems to work better when I play music, Doris Day in particular.
